Terms of Service
Last updated: May 9, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using AuditShield (the "Service"), a website security scanner operated by Lookfluence, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AuditShield provides automated website security checks — a tool that scans publicly accessible websites for common vulnerabilities including SSL/TLS misconfigurations, exposed ports, missing security headers, SQL injection risks, cross-site scripting vectors, and related security issues. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the site security check online tool only on websites you own or have explicit permission to scan. You may not:
- Scan websites you do not own or lack authorization to test
- Use the Service for denial-of-service attacks or to overwhelm target servers
- Attempt to exploit or weaponize any findings from the page scan
- Resell or redistribute scan results without permission
- Bypass rate limits (5 scans per hour per IP)
4. No Warranty
The web page security check is provided without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, AuditShield may produce false positives, false negatives, or miss vulnerabilities entirely. It is not a substitute for professional penetration testing or security auditing.
5. Limitation of Liability
AuditShield and Lookfluence shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Service — including but not limited to security breaches, data loss, or business interruption — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Privacy
We collect the minimum data required to perform site scans: the URL you submit, your email address, and scan results. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website scanner after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
